Audrey Hollingsworth

President

Audrey is the former Group Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for a multi-billion dollar financial services company.  She has more than 25 years of human resources experience in both the financial services and technology industries. In her former position, Audrey established the strategic direction of human resource functions to drive the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of the organization. The areas of responsibility under her leadership included Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Learning and Development, HR Operations, and HR Delivery.

As a member of the Executive Committee, Audrey provided direction, advice, and counsel on HR subjects to the senior leadership team to foster a culture committed to the corporate values. She partnered directly with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors to ensure human resources and executive compensation responsibilities were fulfilled in conjunction with the Committee Charter.

Audrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from the University of Georgia. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Troy State University. She also has certificates from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Human Capital Institute.
